Processing & Shipping Times
I personally run Miflora and hand-pack every order with care. I’m happy to offer worldwide shipping. Please allow 3–5 business days for me to prepare and fulfill your package. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 7–10 business days depending on your location. Customs clearance or unexpected delays may occasionally affect delivery times.

Tracking Your Order
Once your package is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 3–5 business days for the tracking information to appear in the carrier’s system.

Incorrect Address
It’s important that your shipping address is entered correctly. If you notice any mistake, please contact us immediately at support@miflora.com. We’ll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Miflora is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier that are subsequently lost or stolen. If your tracking shows delivery but you haven’t received your package, please contact your local carrier to report it. If you need help finding their contact information, you can reach out to us at support@shopmiflora.com.
